All a guest needs to do is push a button on the hotel phone to register for the service. They will then have immediate access to the skills of a world-class team of presentation designers, graphic artists and proofreaders. Within hours, their requests are completed and a small charge will be added to their nights’ stay.

The hotel is only responsible for setting up the in-room marketing or selling On the GO™ as an add-on service and collecting payment upon checkout. Sutherland is responsible for all service coordination and delivery.
