 Company will provide Customer Lifecycle Management services to popular  mobile entertainment brand

ROCHESTER, NEW YORK – June 19, 2008 - Sutherland Global Services, a leading multi-national Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider, today announced that it has been named Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) “Partner of Choice” by Jamba, one of the world's leading mobile entertainment brands.

Based in Berlin, Germany and Los Angeles, CA, Jamba is best known for the creation, marketing and distribution of ringtones, games and content for mobile phones. Sutherland will provide support to Jamba’s customers to ensure that they have uninterrupted access to Jamba’s mobile entertainment products and services. Sutherland will assist Jamba’s customers with product usage, billing queries, contract extensions and technical support.
